Fans, we’re just days away from one of the wildest nights in wrestling—WCW Uncensored, where rules go out the window, grudges get settled, and careers can change in an instant. I’ve been in this business a long time, and let me tell you—this card is stacked. Here’s your full rundown, straight from the source.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Hulk Hogan vs. The Giant (c) (w/ André the Giant)

The Giant shocked the world when he chokeslammed Hogan through the stage. Then came André. Silent at first, then vengeful. This is more than just power—it’s personal. Hogan says he’ll slam the son like he did the father. But can the Immortal one survive the wrath of two giants? Uncensored might just be Hogan’s last stand.

UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP – TRIPLE THREAT

Curt Hennig (c) vs. Raven vs. Diamond Dallas Page

Thanks to DDP’s mind games, Raven dropped the U.S. Title to Hennig—and he’s not happy. But Rick Rude’s presence in Hennig’s corner has raised a few eyebrows. This triple threat promises chaos, and you’ve gotta wonder: will the Flock interfere? Or has J.J. Dillon’s ringside ban held firm?

WCW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP

Lex Luger (c) vs. William Regal

Regal has mocked Uncensored as “trashy Americana,” but don’t let his posh words fool you—he’s as dangerous as they come. Luger has carried the TV title with pride. Don't blink on this one!

HARDCORE GRUDGE MATCH

The Sandman (c) vs. Terry Funk

It started with unity—ECW originals sticking together. But it all fell apart. Funk left Sandman high and dry during a tag match. Sandman retaliated with a brutal kendo stick attack. Now they settle it in a match with no rules, no alliances, and nothing but bad blood.

The Sandman raises his kendo stick high, preparing to strike Terry Funk during a brutal moment in their escalating WCW rivalry.

WCW TAG TEAM SHOWDOWN

Harlem Heat vs. Steiner Brothers (c)

One of the most heated rivalries in WCW Universe history. Harlem Heat’s intensity. The Steiner Brothers’ power. And the TV title picture looming in the distance. Expect heavy fists, big slams, and tag team brilliance. The big question is... Can Rick Steiner's leg hold the weight of the gold?

Booker T prepares to slam a steel chair down on Rick Steiner’s injured knee as the referee tries to intervene during a heated WCW Thunder match.

CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE

Dean Malenko (c) vs. Chris Jericho

Two of the best technical wrestlers in the world collide for cruiserweight supremacy. Dean Malenko, the cold, calculated champion, looks to silence the arrogant and outspoken Jericho once and for all. Jericho claims he’s the future of the division—but Malenko plans to make sure he never sees the title. The winner leaves with the gold… and a target on their back.

WOMEN’S TITLE CLASH

Madusa vs. Asya vs. ???

The tension in the women’s division is boiling over—and now the rumors are flying. We’ve seen a mystery woman backstage. A referee’s shirt. A silhouette. Sources say the 9th Wonder of the World may make her WCW debut… as a special guest referee. Who is she? We may find out… at Uncensored.

Final Thoughts

This card is absolute mayhem. From legends to rising stars, from betrayals to wild stipulations—WCW Uncensored is shaping up to be one of the most unpredictable nights of the year.

Once upon a time in WCW’s unforgiving Hardcore division, it was respect that bonded Terry Funk and The Sandman. Two legends of chaos, violence, and grit—tied together not by friendship, but by war stories and battle scars. Now? That bond has exploded into bitter betrayal. At Uncensored, they won’t be fighting side-by-side. They’ll be trying to tear each other apart.

The Brotherhood of Barbed Wire

When Paul E. Dangerously led the ECW Originals into WCW, there was one unspoken rule: we stick together. WCW was foreign territory, and loyalty had to come before ego. Terry Funk, the grizzled outlaw of hardcore wrestling, took it upon himself to guide The Sandman. He wasn’t a manager in the traditional sense—he was a mentor, a war general. For weeks, we saw Funk at ringside, pulling Sandman out of the fire, barking orders, and helping him scrape through brutal matches.

But there was a problem: Sandman doesn’t take orders.

When the Smoke Cleared, The Respect Was Gone

It began to boil during an exchange after a match where The Sandman, bloodied and smiling, celebrated while his opponent limped away. Funk wasn’t smiling. He shoved Sandman in frustration. In his mind, the younger brawler wasn’t finishing the job. “You give ‘em an inch, they’ll take your soul,” Funk would say later. That moment was the first crack.

The true break came during a tag match against The Nasty Boys. Egos clashed mid-match, and in a move that shocked everyone, Terry Funk abandoned The Sandman, leaving him to get brutalized. Sandman took chair shots. He bled. But he survived—and he didn’t forget.

The Cane Falls Hard

What happened next will live in infamy. After a singles match with Jerry Saggs, Sandman didn’t go to the back. He went to find Funk. Kendo stick in hand, he entered the ring, looked Funk in the eye… and snapped. Blow after blow, he laid into the man who once called him brother. No words. No warning. Just violence. Just Sandman.

Terry Funk didn’t fight back. Not then. But he will.

Uncensored: The War We Were Never Meant to See

This Sunday, March 30th, Uncensored becomes a proving ground. No titles matter more than pride in this one. No rules. No teams. No mercy.

Funk is coming not just to fight, but to teach. Sandman is coming to destroy the past and stake his claim as the new face of Hardcore.

Blood brought them together. Blood will now tear them apart.

The WCW Cruiserweight division has never felt faster or more fierce. Champion Dean Malenko has been the unshakable anchor of the division, letting his wrestling do the talking. But in recent weeks, the pressure cooker has begun to boil over—with Chris Jericho at the heart of it.

Jericho, never one to shy away from the spotlight, has taunted Malenko with mind games, insults, and backstage barbs. But behind the sarcasm and bravado is a driven challenger desperate to grab the title and reshape the division in his own image.

Meanwhile, Juventud Guerrera has quietly been stacking wins and turning heads. His high-octane matches against Psicosis, Alex Wright, and others on Saturday Night are leaving fans chanting “This is awesome!” and scouts nodding in approval. Juvi may not be in the title match just yet, but he’s made it clear—he’s gunning for whoever walks out of Uncensored as champion.

At Uncensored, it’s Malenko vs. Jericho in a one-on-one showdown for the gold. But with emotions running high and Juvi lurking just behind the curtain, the Cruiserweight division is on the verge of a full-blown revolution.

One slip, and the pecking order could change overnight.
